I’ve worked out with Keith for around 5 years now. He’s unbelievable at developing athletes, but he’s even better at developing honorable, young adults. He’s been a key mentor for me since I’ve met him”

Maya Mcdmcdermott - University of Northern Iowa

Keith helped me not only on the court and in the gym, but mentally I became a lot stronger. He always encouraged me and improved my confidence level. I am a D1 athlete and I don’t know where I would be without him. I am more explosive and I’ve noticed I am a lot quicker too. “We weren’t born to be average” is a quote you will hear daily from Keith. Anytime, anywhere, any day I give it my all. Whether it’s practice or games I never want to be satisfied. If it was easy, everyone would do it. @mcdermott_maya
